Pentax have been a competitive member of the photographic community since the glory days of analogue film, and they are still going strong in the digital age. Along with recent ties to the compact digital and waterproof camera segments of the market, Pentax still focus their attention on interchangeable lens cameras, with DSLRs being their primary models.
